Citation

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Workplace Safety and Health (Composition of Offences) Regulations.

Compoundable offences

2.  Any offence under the Act and the regulations, except sections 21(7) and 53 of the Act, may be compounded by the Commissioner in accordance with section 56(1) of the Act.
