| Citation |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Workplace Safety and Health (Composition of Offences) Regulations. |
| Compoundable offences |
| 2. Any offence under the Act and the regulations, except sections 21(7) and 53 of the Act, may be compounded by the Commissioner in accordance with section 56(1) of the Act. |
