Declaration under Section 12

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Water Pollution Control and Drainage Act, the Director of Water Pollution Control and Drainage hereby declares that the following parcels of land and their locations in the Republic of Singapore, having been set aside as drainage reserve pursuant to development proposals approved by the Competent Authority appointed under the Planning Act (Act 3 of 1998), shall vest in the Government, with effect from 29th May 1998:

Lot and Mukim	Location
Lot 7847 of Mukim 27	Upper Changi Road
Lots 2461, 2507 and 2508 of Mukim 10	Hillview Avenue.
