Wholesome Meat and Fish (Fees) Rules 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the Wholesome Meat and Fish Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Wholesome Meat and Fish (Fees) Rules 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2006.
Fees
2.  The fees specified in the Schedule shall be payable to the Agency in respect of the services or matters set out opposite thereto.

Revocation
3.  The Wholesome Meat and Fish (Fees) Rules (R 1) are revoked.

1.For the inspection by an authorised officer of any meat product, fish product or premises at the request of the owner thereof —
 
 
(a) professional service fee
 
(i) $63 per hour or part thereof
 
 
(ii) $133 per hour or part thereof outside office hours or on an urgent basis
(b) technical service fee
 
(i) $38 per hour or part thereof
 
 
(ii) $80 per hour or part thereof outside office hours or on an urgent basis
 
 
 
2.For the inspection by an authorised officer of pigs, sheep, goats or cattle or the carcases thereof at a licensed slaughter-house
 
$1.40 per animal.
