Weights and Measures (Fees) Regulations 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Weights and Measures Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Weights and Measures (Fees) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2006.
Fees payable to Commission
2.  The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule shall be payable to the Commission in respect of the matters specified in the first column thereof.

Revocation
3.  The Weights and Measures (Fees) Regulations (Rg 2) are revoked.

1.For the testing and passing by an inspector as fit for use for trade of —
 
 
(a)every linear measuring instrument

(b)every flow meter (other than a petrol pump measure)

3.For every report submitted by an Authorised Verifier to the Controller under section 7A(10)(b)(i) and (ii) of the Act in relation to —

(iii)exceeding 30 tonnes but not exceeding 60 tonnes

4.  For every application for a letter of pattern approval
