| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Weights and Measures (Fees) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2006. |
| Fees payable to Commission |
| 2. The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule shall be payable to the Commission in respect of the matters specified in the first column thereof. [S 432/2025 wef 01/07/2025] |
| Revocation |
| 3. The Weights and Measures (Fees) Regulations (Rg 2) are revoked. |
