In exercise of the powers conferred by section 180(1) of the Women’s Charter 1961, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1.  These Rules are the Women’s Charter (Programmes for Children — Prescribed Children) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 30 December 2022.

Children prescribed for section 132A(1) of Act

2.  For the purpose of section 132A(1) of the Act, the prescribed class of children is children below 21 years of age.
