Citation
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Women’s Charter (Offences against Women and Girls) Rules.
Notice
2.  The notice under section 149(1) of the Act shall be in the form set out in the Schedule.

Notice To Owners And Occupiers Of Premises Under Section 149 (1)

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ...................................................................., Director-General of Social Welfare, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 149(1) of the Women’s Charter, hereby cause this Notice to be served on you as *owner/occupier of the above-mentioned premises.

WOMEN’S CHARTER (CHAPTER 353)
Section 149 (3) — Every occupier receiving a notice under this section shall forthwith inform the owner or the person from whom he rents the place of the fact of receipt of the notice who shall in like manner inform the owner or the person from whom he rents the place and so on till the notice is brought to the knowledge of the owner, each tenant being responsible for bringing the notice to the knowledge of his immediate lessor.
Section 149 (4) — Any occupier who refuses or omits to inform the owner or the person from whom he rents the premises that a notice under this section has been received shall be liable to prosecution under section 225C of the Penal Code.
PENAL CODE (CHAPTER 224)
Section 225C — Whoever does anything which by any law in force in Singapore he is prohibited from doing, or omits to do anything which he is so enjoined to do, shall, when no special punishment is provided by the law for such commission or omission, be punished with fine not exceeding $200.
