Citation

1.  This Order is the Wildlife (Exemption) Order 2020.

Exemption from section 5C(1) of Act

2.  Section 5C(1) of the Act does not apply to the killing, trapping or taking of any wildlife that belongs to a wildlife species specified in the Schedule.
