Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Visiting Forces (Designation) Order.

U.S.A. designated for purposes of Act

2.  The United States of America is hereby designated for the purposes of sections 4, 7, 9, 11, 13 and 14 of the Visiting Forces Act subject to such limitations, adaptations or modifications provided by any agreement or arrangement for the time being in force, being an agreement or arrangement by or on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Singapore and the Government of the United States of America.
