Citation

1.  This Notification is the Vulnerable Adults (Places of Temporary Care and Protection and Places of Safety) Notification 2018.

Places of temporary care and protection and places of safety

2.  The Minister designates —

(a) the premises specified in Part 1 of the Schedule as places of temporary care and protection; and

(b) the premises specified in Part 2 of the Schedule as places of safety.
