Regulations 2026

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 59(1) of the Trade Unions Act 1940, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations are the Trade Unions (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 30 January 2026.

Compoundable offences

2.  An offence under section 51(10), 53(7), 57 or 58(1) of the Act may be compounded by the Registrar in accordance with section 59(2) of the Act.
