2.—(1) The Insolvency and Public Trustee’s Office is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the payment of the accident injury claim amounting to $18,242.46 and interest thereon (if any) that is due to Mohamad Anuar Bin Margono (NRIC No. S7005368C), but payable to Zalinah Bte Hamid (NRIC No. S1495123G), subject to the condition that those moneys are deposited in the bank account of Zalinah Bte Hamid designated in the notice of exemption issued to Mohamad Anuar Bin Margono and Zalinah Bte Hamid dated 15th July 2013.(2) Zalinah Bte Hamid is also exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of —| (a) | any withdrawal from the bank account designated in the notice of exemption referred to in sub-paragraph (1); and | | (b) | the use of the sums withdrawn therefrom. |

| (3) The exemption in respect of the activity referred to in sub‑paragraph (2)(b) is subject to the conditions stated in the notice of exemption referred to in sub-paragraph (1). |
