| 2.—(1) Husaini Bin Ismail (NRIC No. S1329301E) and Rasidah Bte Subari (NRIC No. S1683229D) are hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the sub-letting of 2 rooms of the leasehold interest in the flat known as Apartment Block 514, Woodlands Drive 14, #01-113, Singapore 730514, subject to the condition that the proceeds of the sub-letting are deposited in the bank account as designated in the notice of exemption issued to Husaini Bin Ismail and Rasidah Bte Subari dated 15th July 2013. [S 490/2013 wef 15/07/2013] (2) Rasidah Bte Subari is further exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of —| (a) | any withdrawal from the bank account designated in the notice of exemption referred to in sub-paragraph (1); and | | (b) | the use of the sums withdrawn therefrom. |

| (3) The exemption in respect of the activity referred to in sub paragraph (2)(b) is subject to the conditions stated in the notice of exemption referred to in sub-paragraph (1). |
