Citation
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Trade Marks (Composition of Offences) Regulations.
Composition of offences
2.  The offences under sections 51, 72 and 73 of the Act may be compounded by the Registrar, or any person authorised by him, in accordance with section 105A of the Act.
