1. This Notification may be cited as the Smoking (Control of Advertisements and Sale of Tobacco) (Foreign Newspapers) (Consolidation) Notification.

2. Part II of the Act shall apply to any advertisement relating to smoking contained in a newspaper specified in the Schedule which is printed or published outside Singapore and is brought into Singapore for sale, free distribution or personal use.
