Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Telecommunication Authority of Singapore (Exemption in respect of Specified Equipment) Order.

Exemption

2.  All persons shall be exempted from section 30(1) to (5) of the Act in respect of --

(a) any telecommunication equipment that has been approved for sale by the Authority under regulation 24(1) of the Telecommunication (Dealers) Regulations (Rg 7); and

(b) any telecommunication equipment that is set out in the Fifth Schedule to the Telecommunication (Dealers) Regulations and that meets the standards and specifications approved by the Authority and published by the Authority from time to time.
