Trustees (Authorised Unit Trust Scheme) (No. 28) Order 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 83 of the Trustees Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Trustees (Authorised Unit Trust Scheme) (No. 28) Order 2002.

Authorised unit trust schemes

2.  The following funds are hereby declared as authorised unit trust schemes for the purposes of the Act:

(a) Morley Investment Funds — Global Themes;

(b) Morley Investment Funds — Asia Pacific Growth;

(c) Morley Investment Funds — Emerging Countries Growth;

(d) Morley Investment Funds — European Growth;

(e) Morley Investment Funds — EU Convergence Growth;

(f) Morley Investment Funds — Global Managed Bond;

(g) Morley Investment Funds — Global Managed Balanced;

(h) Morley Investment Funds — Global Managed Equity;

(i) Morley Investment Funds — Global Convertible Bond; and

(j) Morley Investment Funds — Global Socially Responsible Growth.
