Regulations 2025

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84Q of the Trustees Act 1967, the Minister for Law makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations are the Trustees (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 20 June 2025.

Compoundable offences

2.  An offence under regulation 10 of the Trustees (Transparency and Effective Control) Regulations 2017 (G.N. No. S 151/2017), in relation to the contravention of regulation 3A(1), 4(1), 5(1), 6(1), 7(1) or (2), 8(1), 8A or 9(1) or (4) of those Regulations, may be compounded by the Commissioner in accordance with section 84P of the Act.
