Regulations 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45 of the Singapore Tourism Board Act 1963, the Singapore Tourism Board, with the approval of the Minister for Trade and Industry, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Singapore Tourism (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 5 February 2025.
Compoundable offences
2.—(1)  The offences in the First Schedule (other than any continuing offence) may be compounded by the Chief Executive or any officer of the Board authorised by the Chief Executive under section 41(1) of the Act.
(2)  The offences in the Second Schedule (other than any continuing offence) may be compounded by the Controller under section 41(1A) of the Act.
Revocation
3.  Revoke the Singapore Tourism (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2014 (G.N. No. S 683/2014).
