Singapore Tourism (Notice to Attend Court)
Regulations 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the Singapore Tourism Board Act, the Singapore Tourism Board, with the approval of Mr S Iswaran, Second Minister for Trade and Industry, charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Minister for Trade and Industry relating to tourism, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Singapore Tourism (Notice to Attend Court) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 7 October 2014.
Form of notice to attend court
2.—(1)  Subject to paragraph (2), a notice to attend court to be served under section 19O of the Act must be in the form set out in Form 1 of the Schedule.
(2)  In the case of a compoundable offence, the Board may serve the notice to attend court in the form set out in Form 2 of the Schedule instead.
