Citation

1.  These Regulations are the Small Motorised Vehicles (Safety) (Compoundable Offences) Regulations 2021.

Compoundable offences

2.  Each of the following offences is prescribed as a compoundable offence that may be compounded in accordance with section 14 of the Act:

(a) an offence under section 5(1) or 8(1), (2) or (3) of the Act;

(b) an offence under section 11(4) or 12(1) or (2) of the Act;

(c) an offence under section 13(1) of the Act;

(d) an offence under regulation 19 of the Small Motorised Vehicles (Safety) Regulations 2021.
