Citation

1.  These Regulations are the Shared Mobility Enterprises (Control and Licensing) (Compoundable Offences) Regulations 2020.

Compoundable offences

2.  Each of the following offences is prescribed as a compoundable offence that may be compounded in accordance with section 37 of the Act:

(a) an offence under section 21(3), 22(3) or 28(2) of the Act;

(b) an offence under section 36(1) of the Act.
