Assignment of Function to Singapore Land Authority
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(3) of the Singapore Land Authority Act, the Minister for Law hereby assigns to the Singapore Land Authority, with effect from 1st December 2010, the function of establishing and maintaining an information system to facilitate the exchange of data between persons involved in the payment or receipt of money relating to land transactions.
