Citation

1.  These Rules may be cited as the State Lands (Statutory Land Grants Rent Revision) Rules.

Revision of rate of rent

2.  The revised annual rent payable on grants of land issued under Part I of the State Lands Act (commonly known as “Statutory Land Grants”) for the current term of 30 years commencing on 1st January 1975 in respect of lands situated in all areas of Singapore shall be 50% more than the annual rent payable thereon immediately prior to that date.
