Citation

1.  These Rules may be cited as the Secondhand Goods Dealers (Composition of Offences) Rules.

Compoundable offences

2.  The following offences may be compounded by the Licensing Officer in accordance with section 19(1) of the Act:

(a) any offence under section 4(2) or 10(5) of the Act; and

(b) any offence under rule 5(4), 6(2), 7(4) or 8(2) of the Secondhand Goods Dealers Rules (R 1).
