Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Secondhand Goods Dealers (Exemption of Licensed Pawnbrokers) Order.

Exemption of licensed pawnbrokers

2.  The provisions of the Act shall not apply to a secondhand goods dealer who holds a valid licence granted under the Pawnbrokers Act 2015 (Act 2 of 2015).
