In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(2)(r) of the Singapore Food Agency Act 2019, the Singapore Food Agency makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Singapore Food Agency (Certification Marks) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 2 April 2019.
Certification marks of Agency
2.  The following marks are certification marks of the Agency:
(a)the Food Safety Excellence Mark set out in Part 1 of the Schedule;
(b)the Food Safety Partnership Mark set out in Part 2 of the Schedule;
(c)the Good Agricultural Practice for Vegetable Farming Certification Mark set out in Part 3 of the Schedule;
(d)the Good Aquaculture Practice for Fish Farming Certification Mark set out in Part 4 of the Schedule;

(e)the Laboratory Recognition Programme Certification Mark set out in Part 5 of the Schedule;
