Citation

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Sale of Food (Fees) Regulations.

Definition

1A.  In these Regulations, “food establishment” means any place or any premises or part thereof used for the sale, or for the preparation or manufacture for sale, or for the storage or packing for sale, of food, whether cooked or not, intended for human consumption.

Fees

2.  The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule shall be payable to the Agency in respect of the matters specified in the first column thereof.

THE SCHEDULE

Fees

First column		Second column
1. For a licence for non‑retail food business carried on with the following types of food establishment:
(a) small food processing establishment with total floor area less than 200 square metres		$180 per annum
(b) medium food processing establishment with total floor area between 200 and 750 square metres		$360 per annum
(c) large food processing establishment with total floor area more than 750 square metres		$600 per annum
(d) any other food establishment		$120 per annum
2. For an application for a licence for non-retail food business carried on with a food processing establishment mentioned in item 1(a), (b) or (c)		$147.20 per application

4. For copy of results of analysis under section 10(2) of the Act		$20 per copy.
