Citation

1.  This Notification may be cited as the Sentosa Development Corporation (Resort Area) Notification.

Resort area

2.  The Sentosa Development Corporation hereby designates Sentosa Cove delineated in the Plan set out hereunder to be the resort area for the purposes of Part V of the Act.
