Sale of Commercial Properties (Exemption)
Notification 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(2) of the Sale of Commercial Properties Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Sale of Commercial Properties (Exemption) Notification 2016 and comes into operation on 18 April 2016.
Exemption
2.  The Minister exempts Jurong Town Corporation from the provisions of the Act.
Made on 4 April 2016.
