1.  This Notification may be cited as the Sale of Commercial Properties (Exemption) (Consolidation) Notification.

2.—(1)  The Housing and Development Board is exempted from rule 9 of the Sale of Commercial Properties Rules (R 1).

(2)  Rules 5, 6 and 7 of the Sale of Commercial Properties Rules shall not apply to the stalls in markets and food centres sold by the Housing and Development Board.
