School Boards (Incorporation) Act
(Chapter 284A)
School Boards (Raffles Junior College) (Dissolution) Order 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 11 of the School Boards (Incorporation) Act, the Minister for Education hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the School Boards (Raffles Junior College) (Dissolution) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 15th October 2009.
Dissolution of Board of Governors
2.  The Raffles Junior College Board of Governors established by the School Boards (Raffles Junior College) Order 2005 (G.N. No. S 225/2005) is dissolved.
Revocation of School Boards (Raffles Junior College) Order
3.  The School Boards (Raffles Junior College) Order 2005 is revoked.

Made this 2nd day of October 2009.
