| Citation |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Singapore Armed Forces (State Marine Ensign) Regulations. |

| State Marine Ensign and carrying of certificate |
3. The master of a vessel in respect of which a certificate under regulation 2(1) has been issued shall ensure that —

| 1. This certifies that the [Name of Vessel] is in the possession, control or occupancy of the Singapore Armed Forces and is or will be used or operated for non-commercial purposes for the period from ................................. to ................................... . |
2. The description of [Name of Vessel] is as follows:

| 3. When wearing the State Marine Ensign, the vessel shall be considered a Singapore Government vessel and shall be entitled to sovereign immunity in accordance with customary international law and enjoy such rights as provided for under the 1982 United Nations Convention on Law of the Sea. |
4. This certificate is issued under regulation 2(1) of the Singapore Armed Forces (State Marine Ensign) Regulations.
