(Commencement) Notification 2026

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Transport Sector (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2025, the Acting Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Transport Sector (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2025 (Commencement) Notification 2026.

2. Sections 6(e), (f) and (i) to (l), 7, 8, 9(a), (b), (c) and (h) and 13 of the Transport Sector (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2025 come into operation on 1 February 2026.
