(Designated Entities) Notification 2025

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21E(1) of the Rapid Transit Systems Act 1995, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore makes the following Notification:

Citation

1.  This Notification is the Rapid Transit Systems (Designated Entities) Notification 2025.

Designated operating entities

2.—(1)  The Authority designates each entity specified in the first column of the First Schedule as a designated operating entity.

(2)  The designation of an entity as a designated operating entity takes effect on the date specified for that entity in the second column of the First Schedule.

Designated equity interest holders

3.—(1)  The Authority designates each entity specified in the first column of the Second Schedule (being an entity that holds equity interest in the designated operating entity or designated operating entities specified opposite in the second column of the Second Schedule) as a designated equity interest holder.

(2)  The designation of an entity as a designated equity interest holder takes effect on the date specified for that entity in the third column of the Second Schedule.
