Citation
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Rapid Transit Systems (Fees) Regulations.
Fees for services rendered by Authority
2.—(1)  There shall be paid to the Land Transport Authority of Singapore in respect of the services rendered in the first column of First Schedule, the fees set out opposite thereto in the second column.

(2)  The fees specified in the First Schedule are inclusive of the goods and services tax chargeable under the Goods and Services Tax Act 1993.

Fee for licence to operate rapid transit system
3.—(1)  The fee payable by a licensee under section 13(3) of the Act for a licence to operate a rapid transit system specified in the first column of the Second Schedule during a period specified in the second column of that Schedule shall be the amount specified in the third column of that Schedule corresponding to that period.

(4)For the supply of a monochromatic copy of a document without attached plan
 
$1.09 for each page or part thereof.
(5)For the supply of a coloured print copy of, or extract from, any document without attached plan
 
$3.27 for each page or part thereof.
