Road Traffic (Exemption of Foreign Emergency and Specialised Rescue Vehicles) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Exemption of Foreign Emergency and Specialised Rescue Vehicles) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 19th February 2010.
Exemption of foreign registered vehicles
2.  Sections 5, 10, 11, 12, 15, 25, 29 and 34A to 34E of the Act shall not apply to any emergency or specialised rescue vehicle which —
(a)is from any of the countries specified in the Schedule; and
(b)is being used in Singapore in the course of any emergency service or rescue work by or in association with the Singapore Civil Defence Force.
