Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Quota System — Exemption) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 30 June 2021.

Exemption

2.  The requirement in rule 9C(3)(b)(i) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Quota System) Rules (R 31) does not apply to any of the motor vehicles as described in the Schedule.
