Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Exemptions) (Consolidation) Order.
Exemptions
2.  The exemptions set out in the first column of the Schedule are made under section 142 of the Act in respect of the provisions of the Act set out respectively in the second column of the Schedule.

     1.  An applicant for a driving licence in respect of a Class 4A vehicle who has attained the age of 20 years but has not attained the age of 21 years subject to such conditions as the Minister may think fit to impose.

     2.  For the purpose of this paragraph, a Class 4A vehicle means an omnibus, that is to say, a public service vehicle which is used on scheduled services and in which passengers are charged separate and distinct fares.

     2.  For the purposes of paragraph 1, a low loader trailer means a trailer which is so designed and constructed with a low platform for carrying heavy bulk load. A trailer designed to carry a standard container shall not be deemed to be a low loader trailer.
