1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption) (Consolidation) Order.

2.—(1) Home Nursing Foundation shall be exempted from the payment of the transfer fee and additional transfer fee prescribed in rules 30 and 31(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) in respect of the transfer of any of the vehicles bearing the registration numbers set out in the Schedule.

(2) Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) shall not apply to the vehicle bearing the engine number 3S2117470 and chassis number SB164SBK10E038810 belonging to Shell Global Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd for so long as the vehicle is kept and used for purposes of research and development only.
