The vehicles bearing the registration numbers as specified —

(a) in Part I of the Schedule belonging to the Singapore General Hospital;

(b) in Part II of the Schedule belonging to the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation; and

(c) in Part III of the Schedule belonging to the Housing and Development Board,

and which do not comply with the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Construction and Use) Rules [R 9] are authorised for use within the grounds prescribed in the second column of the Schedule.

2.  All battery-operated carts and road brush sweepers which do not comply with the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Construction and Use) Rules and the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Lighting) Rules [R 10] are authorised for use within the car parks in any of the Housing and Development Board’s housing estates for the collection of refuse or the cleaning of the car parks and along any public road within the estates whilst travelling from one car park to another.
