| 1. These Regulations are the Resource Sustainability (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2019. |
| Compoundable offences |
| 2. The offences under sections 8(2), 13(4) and (8), 14(3) and (6), 15(3) and (6), 16(4), 17(3), 18(3), 20(4), 21(3), 22(3), 23(3), 23B(2), 23F(3), 23G(2), 23H(2), 23I(4), 23J(3), 23K(3), 23L(2) and 34(3) of the Act (other than a continuing offence) may be compounded by an authorised officer in accordance with section 49 of the Act. |
