Regulations 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12(2)(c) of the Retirement and Re-employment Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Retirement and Re-employment (Prescribed Form) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2012.
Order by Commissioner
2.  Every order made by the Commissioner under section 8C(4)(b) or 8D(1)(h) of the Act shall be in accordance with the form set out in the Schedule.
