In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Retirement and Re‑employment Act 1993, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Notification is the Retirement and Re-employment (Prescribed Minimum Retirement Age) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 1 July 2022.

Prescribed minimum retirement age

2.  The prescribed minimum retirement age for employees is 63 years of age.
