Order 2026
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Requisition of Resources Act 1985, the Minister for Defence makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order is the Requisition of Resources Order 2026.
Date of requisition
2.  The provisions of Part 3 of the Act are to come into and remain in operation on 17 January 2026.
