Citation

1.  This Notification may be cited as the Redundancy Payments Fund (Monthly Payment) Notification.

Payments

2.  It is hereby declared that the sum payable at the end of each month out of the Redundancy Payments Fund to a member of the Fund shall be 60% of such member’s wages.
