Citation

1.  This Notification may be cited as the Residential Property (Exemptions under section 32(1)) (Consolidation) Notification.

Consolidated exemptions

2.  The companies and bodies corporate set out in the first column of the Schedule are exempted from the provisions of the Residential Property Act subject to the conditions imposed by the Minister and set out respectively in the document described in the second column of the Schedule.
