Residential Property (Approved Purchasers1) Notification
1  Approved purchaser has been defined in the Act to mean any body, corporate or otherwise, declared by the Minister to be a public authority, etc.

Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Residential Property (Approved Purchasers) Notification.
Public authorities
2.  The following statutory bodies have been declared as public authorities:
(a)the Housing and Development Board constituted under the Housing and Development Act [Cap. 129];
(b)the Jurong Town Corporation constituted under the Jurong Town Corporation Act [Cap. 150];
(c)the Port of Singapore Authority constituted under the Port of Singapore Authority Act;[Cap. 236];
(d)the Urban Redevelopment Authority constituted under the Urban Redevelopment Authority Act [Cap. 340]; and
(e)the Public Utilities Board constituted under the Public Utilities Act [Cap. 261].
