Citation

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Prescribed Agreements) Regulations.

Prescribed agreements

2.  The agreements specified in Parts I and II of the Schedule are prescribed agreements for the purposes of sections 28A(3) and 31(1)(x) of the Act, respectively.
