Citation

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Composition of Offences) Regulations.

Composition of offences

2.  All offences under the Act or regulations made thereunder may be compounded by any senior authorised officer in accordance with section 39(1) of the Act.
