| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Remote Gambling (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2015 and shall come into operation on 2 February 2015. |
| Compoundable offences |
| 2. Any offence under section 20(5) or 21(6) of the Act may be compounded by an authorised officer in accordance with section 36 of the Act. |
